Protein: Cooked Chicken thighs and legs, hand pulled, along with Ground Beef.
Carbohydrates: Brown Rice and Pearled Barley
Veggies: Green Beans, Carrots, Okra, Rutabaga, Butternut Squash, Collard Greens, Turnip Greens, Mustard Greens.

Serving Size by Weight
Your dogs weight determines the amount per day that you should feed your dog.
For Example: Our dog Esmerelda is a 45 pound Boxer/Boston Terrier mix, she receives 2.50 cups per day.
How we came to this exact amount of feed for our pet lies in the following formula:
(.40)Times your dogs ideal weight (ask your vet if you do'nt know it) divided by 8oz cup
45lbs X .40/ 8oz = Ideal Cups per day (2.50)
45 x .40 =18 / 8 =2.50
When changing your dogs diet, it is recommended that you gradually introduce the new food by mixing it with your current food. By gradually lessening the amount of store bought food, your dog will soon become accustomed to their new diet with a minimum of upset to their daily digestion. Some of our customers prefer to mix Esmerelda’s Dog Grub with their trusted kibble and others decide to end commercial food right away after reading up and learning about the toxicity of some of the ingredients. It is up to you.
